Mentorship Program...

We are excited to announce the HRPWT Mentoring Program will be offered again this year after the huge success of last years program! Participation in the HRPWT Mentoring Program is a fun way to engage in and give back to your HR community as a Mentor and will benefit you as a Mentee from personalized, one-on-one support.

Applications are now being accepted - DEADLINE: September 30, 2011. The HRPWT Mentoring Program starts in October!

 

What is in it for you?

As a Mentor, you will:

  • Become more self-aware of your leadership style and practice
  • Influence and impact a colleague
  • Be rejuvenated through fresh perspectives
  • Realize personal satisfaction through sharing knowledge, skills and experience
  • Expand your network

As a Mentee, you will:

  • Develop breadth and depth of skills
  • Rejuvenate a seasoned colleague with new ideas
  • Strengthen your confidence and competence (knowledge, skills and experience)
  • Build your network
  • Learn from your role models' experiences in preparation for Knowledge and Outcome exams
  • Potentially realize: greater visibility; more timely promotions; higher total compensation; deeper career satisfaction than colleagues who have not been mentored

In addition, both the Mentor and the Mentee involved in the Mentoring Program will earn credit of 1.5 points per hour towards re-certification.

If you wish to participate as a Mentor or a Mentee, please complete the HRPWT Mentoring Program application form and submit it to mentoring@hrpwt.com, along with a copy of your most current resume, by September 30, 2011.
